Featuring garden views, Villa Demonta offers accommodation with a patio, around less than 1 km from Trogir Beach. This villa features a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking.

This air-conditioned villa consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower and a hot tub. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Villa Demonta offers 3-star accommodation with a hot tub and two terraces. The area is popular for windsurfing, fish-picnics, boat tours and daily trips to nearby islands.

 

Excellent location, quiet residential area. The apartment is ideal for a quiet family accommodation, so we do not recommend the stay for guests looking for fun, parties and making noise. Free parking, large olive grove next to the property. Fully equipped and spacious apartment with two terraces (20m2 and 18m2) and a 60m2 garden with barbecue. No need to use a car for the city center, the nearest beach or supermarket, cafe and fitness centre. Everything is within a 5-minute walk.
We are a family with two children. At our guests' service for whatever they need. 
Quiet residential area, 500 m walk from the Old Town, which is under the UNESCO protection, 500 m from the nearest beach, restaurant and the main bus station.

We visited Trogir last month, and stayed on Villa Demonta. Villa is fully equipped and beaufully furnished, the yard is very well-maintained with relax zone (jacuzzi+ shower). Everything you need is within walking distance (Center of Trogir 5min, beach 7-10 min, supermarkets, DM, farmacy). The owners are friendly and very helpful.
We wholeheartedly recommend it!

A wonderful holiday in a fantastic villa.
We received a warm welcome from the owner and a welcome pack with drinks and snacks.
The villa is beautifully clean and beautifully furnished with all the comforts.
There is also a washing machine with utensils and towels and a fully equipped kitchen.
Air conditioning in every room, a nice spacious bathroom, and then an outdoor...
A beautiful garden with barbecue and jacuzzi, sun loungers and atmospheric lighting in the evening.
A lovely dining room in the greenhouse for breakfast in the sun.
Parking is available at the villa, and the Old Town is a 5-minute walk away.
Supermarkets and a bakery are within walking distance.
Jakša is a wonderful host and has lots of tips to make your trip special.
He and his family live above the villa, but you won't notice it; you will feel completely at home.
The airport is a 10 minute bus ride away and you will see a lot of planes flying by but it is not disturbing and you will not hear anything from the villa. There were six of us and we had plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed the villa, its owner and family.
Highly recommended for a wonderful holiday in Croatia.

YVONNE VAN BARNEVELD

We stayed in this villa for 10 days. We received a warm welcome from the owner, who gave us a tour of the villa. Each bedroom has air conditioning, as does the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and there were plenty of detergent tablets for our stay. There is also a washing machine with detergent and water softener. There was a nice surprise waiting for us in the fridge. He also gave us great tips on things to see during our stay. Towels were provided, as was shower gel, for example. The kitchen is fully equipped. I can only say that this villa is very well equipped and has wonderfully kind and friendly owners. The lady and her son and daughter, not to mention the adorable dog, are also immediately charming. There are several outdoor seating areas, a barbecue and a jacuzzi, and the lighting is very atmospheric in the evenings. Planes fly over regularly, but it is certainly not disturbing. And you can't hear anything inside. Very well insulated. The supermarket is diagonally across the street, there are more, but everything is within easy reach. And the old town is a 5 minute walk and is beautiful 😍😍😍😍😍. By the way, the lady is a wonderful cook; she made a delicious cake for us and everyone is so kind. I can only say: if you are looking for a nice place to stay with kind, lovely owners, look no further and come here. You will not regret it. Thank you, it was a holiday to remember 🌞❤️✈️
